Job Description

Are you a people-person with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed? We're looking for a Recruiter to join our growing team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and eager to grow a career in recruitment and talent acquisition. You'll work closely with hiring managers and candidates to support the full hiring process.

Duties:

  • Screen resumes from various platforms to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for interview consideration
  • Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidate fit and determine appropriate next steps in the hiring process
  • Coordinate and schedule second-round interviews with hiring managers
  • Draft and publish job postings for bus driver positions across relevant channels
  • Initiate onboarding documentation and processes for newly hired employees

Requirements:

  • Maintains a polished, professional demeanor and presentation
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, but not required
  • Prior experience with resume review and candidate phone screening is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Details:

  • Pay: $22-25/hr
  • Hours: 8am-5pm M-F in Hasting, MN office (possibility for flex)
  • Duration: 2 months + (will assess to see if this role could become permanent)
